TV Licensing
TV Licensing requirements across the UK now take account of modern technology.
Private owners of caravan holiday homes and touring caravans, which meet the definition of a ‘caravan’ under the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960, will be covered by the TV License at their own home address so long as a television or other device receiving television programmes is not being used in both the home and the caravan unit at the same time AND an online declaration form is completed.
Using television or other equipment to receive or record television without a license is a criminal offence.
Make sure that you are covered on your Forest Camping holiday!
